Caroline has been working in the international development sector since 2010. Her areas of specialization include policy influence, aid effectiveness and economic research. Passionate about development effectiveness and impact evaluation, Caroline will help NRGI develop and strengthen its monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy.
Prior to joining NRGI, she worked for the International Finance Corporation, the Global Environmental Facility, the United Nations Evaluation Group and the International Growth Centre, where she managed the evaluation program. She also co-founded and managed a small NGO working in the area of youth development in Ecuador.
Caroline holds a B.A. in international politics from Jacobs University and a MPA in international development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Over the years, Caroline has worked in Canada, Ecuador, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Mali and the United Kingdom.
