Brenda supports NRGI Mexico's program, including administrative assistance and support to reporting and monitoring activities.

Brenda led the execution and monitoring of local student climate initiatives at her university. She was also an intern with the Secretariat of the Environment of Mexico’s Puebla state, contributing to the development of a financing roadmap and implementation of the subnational strategy for climate change.

Brenda holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she received a full scholarship. She specialized in international cooperation for development and furthered her expertise through an exchange program at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on urban ecological policy issues.
