Sharon Dellarole-Harrison

Sharon Dellarole-Harrison is NRGI’s HR Lead, overseeing human resources across the organization and working with global teams to provide regional support. Based in NRGI’s New York office, she collaborates with colleagues across regions to strengthen organizational practices and employee security, and to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. In her role, she prioritizes cohesion, collaboration and strong employee engagement.

Sharon has over 36 years of experience in the international nonprofit sector. Prior to joining NRGI, she worked at the International Planned Parenthood Federation/WHR (now FOS) and WITNESS. She specializes in administration, nonprofit management, capacity building and recruitment at both national and international levels. Sharon is bilingual in English and Spanish.
