Hari is the product owner for ResourceProjects.org. Along with managing the continued development of the resource projects data portal, Hari also supports the data and research team in their efforts to develop visualization tools, analytical pieces and research reports on various aspects of resource governance.
Prior to joining NRGI, Hari worked on research and data visualization projects at the World Bank. He has built several online dashboards and coauthored econometric research papers, policy briefs and reports on inter-firm competition, jobs and innovation. Before his work with development sector data, Hari delivered financial investment models for Deutsche Bank using stock market information. In addition to almost seven years of experience with data, Hari spent two years in rural Gujarat in India, where he evaluated and supported a livelihoods program for low-income families with the Aga Khan Foundation. He has a master’s in public administration from Columbia University and a master’s in business administration from the Indian Institute of Science.
