Байгалийн баялгийн засаглалын хүрээлэн болон Гэрэгэ Партнерс компани хамтран “Монгол улсын төсвийн тогтвортой байдал” тайланг 2017 оноос эхлэн гаргаж байна.

Энэ оны тайлан нь өмнөх тайлангаас илүү өргөн хүрээг хамарна. Тухайлбал:

- Төсвийн зардлыг засгийн газрын гол үйл ажиллагаа болон бүс нутгийн ангиллаар судалж, түгээмэл болон онцгой шинж чанаруудыг тодорхойлсон;
- Төсвийн орлогын гол эх үүсвэр болох уул уурхайн салбараас төсөвт төвлөрөх орлогыг шинжилсэн;
- Өмнөх тайланд тусгагдсан мэдээллийг шинэчлэх болон ӨСХ-ийн хэрэгжилтийг тоймлон авч үзсэн.

Энэхүү тайланд мөн өмнөх жилийн МММ загварын тоон өгөгдлийг 2017 оных болгон шинэчилж, ОУВС-ийн дунд хугацааны төсөөлөлд нийцүүлж “суурь төсөөлөл”-ийг дахин үнэлсэн үр дүнг танилцуулж байна. Мөн урьдын адил энэхүү суурь төсөөлөлд нөлөөлж болзошгүй эрсдэлүүдийг тодорхойлж, заримын нөлөөг судлан үр дүнг нь орууллаа. Түүнчлэн эдгээр чиг хандлага төсвийн тогтвортой байдлын зорилтуудад хэр нийцтэй байгааг болон Монгол Улсын төсвийн дүрмүүд хэрхэн мөрдөгдөж байгааг үнэлсэн болно.
