3ie (@3ieNews) and the World Bank's Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) (@WorldBank_IEG) partnered to establish an interactive dialogue anchored in evaluative evidence, engaging stakeholders in ways that inspire them to make better decisions and ask better questions on the future of citizen engagement and accountable government. NRGI president and CEO Daniel Kaufmann will took part in the event as a speaker on a panel entitled Bridging the Disconnect, along with Gavi board chair Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala (pictured).


This one-day conference on citizen engagement and accountable government was held in Washington, D.C., on 8 April 2019. It kicked off 3ie Washington Evidence Week, which included a series of internal and public events. The event was livestreamed and recorded.
