Diana Campos is a program officer and administration based in Peru. She supports NRGI's work in the Andean region, contributing to program coordination and administration.

Before joining NRGI, Diana worked with Indigenous Peoples and local communities affected by extractive activities in Peru and Colombia. She also coordinated multi-country research on the links between environmental change, fragility and peacebuilding across Peru, Ghana, Fiji, Ethiopia and the United States. Her published work focuses on Indigenous rights, climate resilience and gender equity in biodiversity governance.

Diana holds a master's degree in international development policy from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in biology from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina in Peru. She is a Rotary Peace Fellow (Class XIX) and speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
