Neil Campbell
Neil is the senior director of programmes at Vibe Fund, a strategic regrantor working at the nexus of climate and politics. He has worked on policy advocacy, civil society and foundations for over two decades. He started his career managing the EU advocacy of the International Crisis Group before moving to the Open Society Foundations where he spent fifteen years developing EU and global campaigns, strategies and structures, leading teams, and initiating partnerships with international organisations and nonprofits. Neil is a senior advisor to The Good Lobby, where he leads the 'Impact Under Stress' initiative, examining how funders, advocates and policy change intersect under growing political pressure. He holds an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy from SOAS at the University of London, and a BA from Durham University.
