Samuel supports the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of NRGI’s strategy. He also contributes to the strengthening of NRGI’s processes, systems and tools to ensure the effective delivery of NRGI’s organizational objectives.

Samuel has a decade of experience in research, advocacy, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning in national and multi-country contexts. Before joining NRGI, Samuel was a senior monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) coordinator at MapAction in the U.K.. He was also director of programs at Step Up Nigeria and team lead, anticorruption, at Transparency International (TI) Nigeria. Samuel has extensive experience in establishing and monitoring systems and processes. He has contributed to the development and monitoring of various strategies as well as developed tools to effectively track progress. He has also undertaken advocacy around anticorruption and organized crime-related themes in Africa and globally.
