Based in Peru, Susan collaborates with teams across Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. She oversees the administrative, logistical, organizational and financial aspects of projects, ensuring efficient fund allocation and compliance with donor requirements and regulations. Her role includes monitoring project performance, providing financial reporting and collaborating with the Latin America finance lead while acting as a key liaison between financial functions and grant coordination teams.

Susan has over seven years of experience in NGOs and global organizations. She has worked on financial analysis, budget management and compliance, and has developed and implemented global financial reporting systems. In her previous role at the International Potato Center (CIP), she managed global project finances, oversaw budget execution and handled external audits. Earlier, Susan served as a planning analyst at Claro Peru and as an administrative assistant at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF).

Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in project evaluation and finance. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
