Legal Innovations in Response to Global Mineral Sector Challenge (LJD Week 2025)

This expert-led workshop invites mining sector legal professionals to explore innovative legal reforms shaping the global mineral sector, through presentations and interactive exercises.

Discussions will focus on how countries are adapting legislation for strategic (transition) minerals, designing frameworks that can enable investment while protecting environmental and social interests. Participants will walk away with practical strategies for mining law reform, and a clearer picture of the essential role legal practitioners play in shaping responsible sector development.
