How to Win the Race to Access Critical Minerals for the Energy Transition in a Sustainable and Equitable Manner?

Access to critical minerals is increasingly understood as a condition without which not to achieve the green transition and energy security. Ensuring the supply meets future demand requires that we work simultaneously on sustainability, equity and financing. In this session, we will hear from initiatives that are trying to strike that balance, what challenges and opportunities they face in the process, and what is required from policymakers and various stakeholders to address these.
